**All gun sales are final with a no return/cancellation policy, any returns will be allowed at the discretion of Black Aura Tactical, LLC. If you purchase and are unable to take possession of the firearm or return a firearm, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed upon return of the firearm plus additional deductions for any damages. The buyer must arrange insured return shipping with tracking. Black Aura Tactical, LLC holds no liability to reimburse lost return shipments.
If a firearm arrives damaged, please immediately document any damage including packaging damage. All UPS/Fedex ground shipments include insurance coverage.
All firearms must be shipped to an FFL after payment is made in full.
