The AR-10 stripped uppers are machined from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum here in the U.S.A. They feature an anodized Type III hardcoat. The LR-308s are manufactured by Defense Procurement Manufacturing Services (DPMS), founded by Randy Luth (LR) in 1985. His Panther LR-308 was awarded the NRA's Golden Bullseye Award in 2005 as Rifle of the Year. Made from 7129 T6 aluminum w/Type III anodized coating, our DPMS uppers feature high-rise Picatinny rails.
